i have a hard time keeping track... was the jonbenet story "breaking news" to take the wiretapping verdict out of the headlines, or did they use the 'busted a bunch of guys in london with no passports or airline tickets or laboratories to practice making complicated bombs - imminent threat averted!!' story for that?

i've been in italy on honeymoon for the past couple of weeks. had a nice delay in france transferring to our LA flight. 4 hour security delay. as in two two hour lines. but hey, at least no one blew up the plane with their mentadent or KY jelly!!
the woman in front of us with the 8 inch knitting needles could have caused some damage. more so than my wife's perscription face cream which was trashed. persciption pills, okay, perscription gels/creams, not ok, for those of you trying to keep track.

i had a 26 hour sunday... all spent traveling. i thought if i was gonna time travel, i'd at least get to shoot a t-rex or step on a prehistoric butterfly, damnnit! not spend it waiting in line wondering if my roll on deodorant has suddenly become contraband...

and so the guerra on terra continues.
